Fiestas are on 14th September in honour of la Santa Cruz, the patron saint.
The village has 77 inhabitants. The 18th-century church, iglesia de San Miguel, overlooks the village from an elevated position. There are some large houses in the village dating back to the 18th century and bearing some lovely coats of arms.
Next to the Aldatz / Arruitz road is the chapel, la ermita de la Santa Cruz.
