Basque is our natural language and, until not too many years ago, the only language for most of the inhabitants of these valleys.

In these fundamentally farming villages, we'll be able to get to know Basque culture, enjoy a family holiday full of authenticity and traditions, rural sports, the "ingurutxo" dance, and many other customs and curious facts about traditional ways of life. 

We’ll hear countless legends in which Aralar is the mythical place par excellence with its characters, dragons, lamias (siren-like creatures), witches and jentils (mythological giants). All this reminds us that we are in a lovely location with excellent cuisine that is a reflection of its nature, where we invite visitors to experiment with recipes and savour these mouth-watering dishes.
